The house was built in 1961 by our father Alfredo, who was born in Brescia and has always had a strong bound with the Garda Lake, even after having moved to Milan many years before. When he found this piece of land with such a unique view he had no doubts and bought it at once to spend there his old age with Luisa, his wife and our beloved mother. It took almost a year to build the house, which has the typical look and atmosphere of the early '60s.

The house is on one level and is in the middle of a fenced, large, private garden (4.000sq.m.). There is a big living room with large window walls and a functioning fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen with a small dinette; four cozy and comfortable bedrooms ( two with one double bed and two with two single beds); two main bathrooms and two service bathrooms (one in the basement where the laundry room is located). There is also a quite large porch where you can read, chat or relax while the children play their games underneath it or on the grass in the garden.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with local trees and flowers and is overlooked in the front by a huge Tiglio tree that creates a fantastic shaded area for eating al fresco. On the side of the villa there is a large swimming pool with a modern design and elegant finishings where you can swim or lounge around with your familiy and/or friends. To enrich your cooking and barbeques while you stay in Pignino, you can find a small herb garden in the back of the villa, close to where the entrance and the covered two-cars park are located. Needless to say, while chilling back or doing any activity, you'll be always enjoying the spectacular and embracing view of the Garda lake, from Salò all the way till Desenzano and Sirmione.
